Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. 

A return may be refused or you may be charged for loss in value if goods are returned in a different condition to those when sent. This charge is usually around 15%

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email at store@xiaomielectricscooter4.com and we will guide you through the process. All returns must be approved by us and then sent to Xiaomi electric scooter,9 Central Way, Feltham TW14 0XQ

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (less delivery fees), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (the exact time for this Credit is dependant on the method of payment used).

Late or missing refunds 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (refund takes usually 3-5 business days to the original payment method)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@xiaomielectricscooter4.com and we will guide you through the process.
